Billing Nerds provides professional billing solutions, consulting, and support services. These Terms govern your use of our website, standard services, and any text messaging (SMS) programs operated by Billing Nerds.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your contact details. You agree not to use our services or messaging platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

3. Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC) Program Terms

Billing Nerds offers standard mobile text messaging alerts, operational updates, and support communications to clients who explicitly opt-in to receive them.

  • User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking an opt-in box on our forms, or by sending an initial text message to our line at (646) 450–0430, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Billing Nerds. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Opt-Out (How to Cancel): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling us at (646) 450–0430 or emailing info@billingnerds.com.
  • Rates: As with any text message program, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Billing Nerds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software used on our website or within our services are the property of Billing Nerds and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
